Grand Rivers Inn is a friendly, family-operated hotel nestled in the heart of historic “downtown Grand Rivers” offering exemplary service and amenities at an affordable price.  At our hotel, you will always feel like a special guest as you enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area, Kentucky Lake, and Lake Barkley. We are located within easy walking distance to both marinas, restaurants, the theatre, the city park, and lots of charming boutiques. Our town is golf-car friendly, which allows you to explore our unique attractions on a more intimate basis.

We also recently expanded our business across the street to include Pokey’s Cafe, and where we rent golf cars and provide coin operated laundry facility for guests of the inn. Next to the Café are additional boat parking spaces with electric hook ups also available. Our lodging (14 rooms and 6 cabins, houses) and Pokey’ Cafe is strictly Nonsmoking and unfortunately we cannot accept Pets.

Lodging rates for year 2013:
1 queen: $65/night
2 queens: $75/night
2 queens with kitchenettes: $90/night
Cabins houses with 2-3 queens full kitchen: $115/night.  $130/night
~Above rates are for 2 person occupancy. Add $5/extra person / day.

SPECIAL RATES, DISCOUNTS, RULES, POLICIES
~ 20% discount for all guests during December, January, February
~Guests over age 70 receive 20% discount   
~Extended stays Sunday-Thursday 10% off daily; and on the fifth day
   receive a 50% off.
~ We regret that we are unable to offer discounts between June 15-Sept. 15, Holidays or Special Events.
WE TAKE CREDIT CARDS BUT ARE ABLE TO OFFER A 10% DISCOUNT TO THOSE PAYING CASH.
~ Cancellation policy for weekend reservations (Fri. Sat.) is 7 days in advance.
~ Cancellation policy for midweek (Sun.-Thurs.) is 2 days in advance.
~ Minimum 2 day reservation required for cabins & kitchenettes year round.   
~ Minimum 2 day reservation required for all units on weekends
   between June 15-Sept. 15th.
~A three night minimum stay for Holiday Weekend (Memorial Day, 4th of
  July, Labor Day) and 2 & 4 day for (Hunters Moon Festival and the Quilt
  Show) is required. For these special days and for group reservations
  a nonrefundable 1 day deposit is required in advance.
~The swimming pool and pool area use is only for our registered hotel quests.
