Land Between the Lakes (LBL)​



Grand Rivers Inn is 1.25 miles from the North Entrance of LBL. This national recreation area features 170,000 acres of wildlife, history and outdoor recreational opportunities including 300 miles of undeveloped shoreline and 200 miles of hiking and biking trails. Attractions include Woodlands Nature Station, The Homeplace working farm, the Elk and Bison prairie and the Golden Pond Planetarium. Hunting and Fishing seasonally.

Sunset at Grand Rivers Jetty

Enjoy the scenic view of the Grand Rivers Jetty overlooking Kentucky Lake or while away the day fishing. The Grand Rivers Jetty was named one of the top 50 Romantic Spots in the Country. The Jetty is within easy walking distance along the Grand Rivers  lit Walking Trail.

Outdoor Activities



Canoe, bike, hike, swim, sail, fish, hunt, golf... Outdoor pursuits abound in the area, and you can easily rent kayaks and bikes around town, visit KY State Park Golf Course and Mineral Mounds Golf Course in Lyon County or Drake Creek in Livingston County. Boat rentals are widely available around the immediate area. So let your imagination run wild and forget the cares of the office.

Little Lake Park

​

Located on Commerce Street in downtown Grand Rivers, Little Lake Park is home to the June kids fishing event, the Labor Day Arts & Crafts Festival, and Hunters Moon Fall Festival. Park includes Picnic areas, Picnic Pavilion, Bandstand and Dance area, basketball court, green space, sand volley ball court, Little Lake with small fishing jetty, playground and parking.

Badgett Playhouse



The Badgett Playhouse is Home to the "Variety! Show" and special performances and events. It is located in two blocks from our place.

Patti's 1880s Settlement 

​

Recreated historical log cabin village. Includes miniature golf, restaurants and unique shopping. This place is nationally famous for numerous lights around Christmas time.
